@lantic Email Server Settings

• Username: Your full @lantic email address.
• Password: Your @lantic email password.
• Incoming Mail Server: mail.lantic.net (or pop.lantic.net).
• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.lantic.net.
• SMTP Port: 587 (preferred) or 25.
• Encryption/SSL: Generally none (or try SSL/TLS if connection fails).

Android Setup Steps

1. Open the email application and select Add Account.
2. Choose Other or Manual Setup.
3. Enter your email address and password, then select IMAP (recommended) or POP3.
4. Enter the server settings listed above.
5. Ensure Require Sign-in is checked for the outgoing server.

iPhone/iPad Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
2. Select Other > Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your Name, Email, and Password, then tap Next.
4. Ensure IMAP or POP is selected, then fill in the Incoming and Outgoing mail server details.
5. Tap Next and then Save.

Note: If these settings do not work, some @lantic mailboxes are hosted on older systems, and you may need to use incoming.lantic.net or contact Vox/Lantic support for specific DNS information.

It would be the following process:

With email forwarding you can send a copy of emails received by your email address to another email address or multiple multiple email addresses.

1. Login to konsoleH
2. On the left select Mail
3. Then select Manage Accounts
4. Select the particular mailbox you’d like to setup a forward for, and click Edit
5. You can use the dropdown to select a current mailbox on the domain to forward to, or even type in a different email address
6. You are able to delete a forward by following the above steps and then removing the address already listed
7. Finally click Save and voila! Your forward is setup

Update: Rodney I’ve tried calling FREDD numerous times and sent three emails to FREDD support with no response. If you can provide alternate contact details I’m happy to pursue those to get updated details for FREDD to add here?
