How do I delete emails in my xneelo control panel mailbox?

This is specifically for deleting email for your xneelo control panel mailbox and not cPanel control panel mailboxes.

This is a quick way to clear our entire folders, e.g. your Inbox, Sent and other folders via webmail.

Warning: if you have valuable emails you don’t want to delete, ensure you have a backup e.g. on your local PC or cloud storage.

1. Login to your mailbox via webmail.
2. Once logged in, on the left click Settings and then on the next closest pane on the right click Folders.
3. On the next pane over click on the folder you’d like to clean up e.g. Inbox or Drafts, Spam, Sent, Deleted etc.
4. On the top far-right click Empty.
5. In the popup that appears you’ll be asked you if you are sure and if you want to delete all the messages in this folder, if you are, click Delete.
6. Follow the instructions for each of the folders you want to clean up.

Congratulations, you have now cleared out that folder.
