Please note: this tutorial applies to konsoleH control panel hosting only and not other control panels. If you are using cPanel, you may use this tutorial.

Whitelisting domains or individual email addresses will prevent these from being flagged as spam and allow delivery to your mailbox.

Blacklisting domains or individual email addresses will prevent these from being delivered to your inbox prevent spam and other unwanted email.

To whitelist or black domains and/or individual mailboxes in konsoleH, proceed as follows:

  1. Login to your konsoleH control panel.
  2. On the left click Mail > Black / Whitelist then in the main window click Blacklist or Whitelist.
  3. In this window you may enter the domain and/or email address you would like to blacklist or whitelist e.g. e.g. address@domain.co.za, *@exampledomain.co.za, subdomain.domain.com, *.domain.com (one or more of these examples can be used).
  4. Once entered, click Add and voila, you have now blacklisted or whitelisted the entered email address or domain.
